Abstract
Seorang Pegawai harian lepas sebagai pemberi kinerja dengan rutinitas kerja yang kompleks membutuhkan orang–orang yang memiliki komitmen tinggi di rumah sakit. Keadilan organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional menjadi konsep yang penting agar pegawai memiliki Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang tinggi yang di percaya kefektifan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi kecerdasan emosional terhadap OCB pada pegawai harian lepas di rumah sakit Tk. II 14.05.01 Pelamonia Makassar. Metode, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional Study. Sampel sebanyak 223 pegawai dipilih dengan teknik Simple random sampling. Kriteria sampel yaitu semua pegawai harian lepas yang hadir. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa (1) keadilan organisasi yaitu keadilan distributif, keadilan procedural, dan keadilan interaksional (2) kecerdasan emosional yaitu, self regulation, emphaty, dan social skills tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai harian lepas, (2) Keadilan organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB pegawai harian lepas. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini, keadilan organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai harian lepas di rumah sakit Tk. II 14.05.01 Pelamonia Makassar. Saran, disarankan pihak rumah sakit lebih memperhatikan keadilan distributif, keadilan procedural, dan keadilan interaksional terhadap pegawai harian lepas dan memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai harian lepas yang berkaitan dengan kecerdasan emosional.
